Mike Hoffer, owner
Mike and Holly acquired Shackelford in 2003 from the founder Tom Shackelford. Since then the company has grown considerably from a primarily Oregon only business into Madison and all of it’s surrounding communities. Mike and Holly enjoy golfing and stay busy with their childrens sports and activities.
Jim, New Construction & Install Manager
Jim has been with Shackelford since 2004 and handles all our new construction work and you may see him at your replacement. He and his family enjoy sports, boating and their new dog.
John, Service Manager
John has over 25 yrs experience in the HVAC industry and has been on our team since 2015. John and his son spend time playing hockey and raising pigs.
Hunter, Service/Install
Hunter started at Shackelford in 2019 and has quickly become a very knowledgeable service tech and installer, and a customer favorite. When not at work Hunter enjoys spending time with his family and dog and is a skilled, competitive disc golfer.
Justin Wilkerson, Installer
Justin brings 15yrs of HVAC experience to the team. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys spending time with family, going to truck, tractor and horse pulls and is an avid movie goer.
Holly, Office Manager
Holly began working at Shackelford full time in 2015. Answering the phone, scheduling, billing, handling marketing, social media and product warranty and registration are all her areas.
Paige, Customer Service/Scheduler
Paige is the helpful voice on the other end of the phone when you call to schedule an appointment. She has a background in home health care and customer service. Paige’s daughters keep her busy throughout the year with softball, cheerleading and wrestling. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking and ATVing.
